Automated Outcome Measures:

Outcome Measures are evaluation tools used to determine the severity of a health condition when starting to address it as a problem. And, when measured again at the completion of intervention, they provide a way for you to objectively measure the success or effectiveness of any particular program or treatment.

CES-D or Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale is a standardized outcome measure used in the assessment of individuals with depression.

GDS or Geriatric Depression Scale is a standard measure used in the assessment of individuals at more advanced ages.

Caregiver Burden assessment, or Zarit Burden Interview, is a standard measure of distress that a caregiver may be experiencing.

Y-BOC or Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale is a standard measure of obsessive compulsive symptoms.

Addiction Severity Scale is a measure of addictions and addictive behavior.

The "Spiritual Needs" assessment is an optional (and free) way for individuals to further organize and delineate Spiritual interests and needs.

To use any given outcome measure, complete the measure prior to viewing a chosen MyTherapySession program. After completion, simply complete the same measure again (when results are pooled from several people, the program itself can then be evaluated and improved).
