Understanding and effectively managing anger is a challenge for many of us. How can we use it to empower and focus our efforts, yet let it go as a poison within? This three-part series is a condensed, yet effective bio-psycho-social approach to anger management that has been effectively applied in the most difficult clinical situations. It is an effective complement to the 'Victimization' presentation that is included in the Self-Esteem and Goal-Setting track.
Anger is a universal phenomenon yet it can cause deep conflict. This module is embedded in both the Abuse and Trauma tracks (each sold separately) because it is inevitably a part of both of those conditions. It is presented here as an independent topic.
