- "MyNeeds" (Concise) is a fairly QUICK way to determine your missing pieces of emotional health. In essence, it is an efficient way for you to find out what psychoeducational needs you may have and how to prioritize your educational approach for maximum impact.
The “MyNeeds” (Concise) is intended for your own personal use or as a psychiatric consultation for your care with a primary care provider. It fairly quickly gets you connected to the information that you need for maximum emotional health.

- "MyNeeds" (Complete) is a COMPREHENSIVE emotional health care assessment. It is complete enough to be used for either the beginning of outpatient treatment with a psychiatrist or psychologist, or even for hospitalization. It serves as the basis of the standard intake questions required for your care at an intensive level. If you have done the "MyNeeds" (Concise), the answers that you previously provided are already prefilled, requiring only the addition of a few other items to be complete. The "MyNeeds" (Complete) is to be used if you are preparing for a formal psychiatric evaluation or a new appointment with any emotional health care delivery system.
